The Coaching Circle is a unique 12-week program that enhances your coaching and business skills and provides individual coaching support.

The Coaching Circle is born of a group of individuals wanting to remain connected with the coaching philosophy through fellowship while enhancing coaching and business skills.  Some members are  already certified through their training institutions, others are working toward certification and still others are working toward ICF certification.

The Coaching Circle's mission is to be an environment for refining one's coaching expertise and business.  The objective of The Coaching Circle is to provide a safe, structured atmosphere to develop coaching and business skills while having individual support of a coach on an on-going basis.   All in the effort of making the most of this journey we are on.

The Coaching Circle offers the individual an environment to develop their personal coaching style while providing coaching.  The Circle also presents the opportunity to design the basis business pieces of a coaching business and learn how to effectively implement them.

• Tele-classes - Four (4) tele-classes during the round to discuss coaching and business challenges /issues/observations.
• Limited email and telephone contact with Program Coordinator.

The Coaching Circle lasts twelve weeks.  There are twelve coaching and coached sessions, unlimited email and limited phone access to the Circle Coordinator, and four (4) tele-classes for discussion on coaching and the business of coaching.  Each tele-class has the following format.  (Each tele-class is recorded.)

• What's Cooking with Everyone? - Brief sharing where everyone is in their journey.
• General Discussion About Sessions - Sharing such things as, items you are looking for direction with, thoughts you want to share, experiences in a session that have you questioning, etc. etc.
       - Observations, i.e. "Hey, I actually see what they mean about the coaching curve."
       - Challenges, i.e. "Can anyone recommend a good headset?"
       - Questions, i.e. "How can you really tell if someone needs therapy?"
• What Are Your Thoughts - Discussion of two (2) articles on coaching that are sent out before each tele-class i.e. Storytelling to Empower Your Coaching Relationship, Building Client Trust, etc.

The Coaching Circle explores in a structured manner key business elements of coaching:

• Contract Development
• Service Invoicing
• Client Payment (through a PayPal account)
• Client Scheduling
• Marketing
